FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How can therapy help?
Therapy offers a space to better understand yourself—your thoughts, emotions, and patterns—and how they may be impacting your life.
Many people find that therapy helps them feel more grounded, develop healthier ways of coping, improve relationships, and move through difficult experiences with greater clarity and confidence.
How long will it take to feel better?
The timeline for therapy looks different for everyone.
Some people begin to notice shifts within a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term work. This depends on your goals, what you’re navigating, and how consistently we meet.
We’ll regularly check in about your progress and adjust as needed to ensure the work feels meaningful and supportive.
What can I expect during a session?
Sessions are a space where you can speak openly and be met with understanding and support.
We’ll work together to explore what’s coming up for you, identify patterns, and develop ways to move forward. At times, you may leave with insights or tools to reflect on between sessions.
Can I include family members?
In some cases, it can be helpful to include family members in a session. This is something we can discuss together based on your needs and goals.
Our primary focus is creating a space that feels most supportive and beneficial for you.
